Covid 19

Date: 24/06/2020

Dear guests

At Bilinga Beach Motel, our priority is our guests and their safety. We seek to provide a clear and safe environment and rooms.

We wanted to share some of the things we are doing to ensure everyone who stays here or work with us is safe, as well as do our bit to prevent the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19.

First we are following the advice of the Australian Government and World Health Organisation and their recommendations for minimising the spread of the virus.

Over the past few weeks we have put a range of precautionary measures in place, as:

  • Providing sanitiser at the reception for guests and staff.
  • Commencing increased cleaning and sanitisation of our rooms.
  • Preparing our staff to respond quickly to any emerging situation should it occurs to best ensure the health and safety of everyone involved.
  • Asking staff displaying flu like symptoms to refrain from coming to work.

Over the coming weeks we will continue to monitor the situation closely and act quickly on the advice of health authorities. This may mean you see things that look a little different in our site as we take additional precautions. We appreciate your patience and your support as a customer.

I would also ask if you are feeling unwell please take care of yourself and those around you. Should this be the case to rebook your reservation if you are unable to travel.

If you have any questions you can contact us on [email protected]. We are more than happy to help you.

We look forward to accommodating you

Kind regards,

Bilinga Beach Motel Manager
